Request for Action Type List
Authorized users can use the Request for Action Type List page to view request for action types. A Request for Action (RFA) identifies a request for service or work to be done. RFA Types provide categories for the type of work to be done. A customer or internal employee submitting a request can select from a list of predefined RFA Types.

Before users can enter work orders and RFAs for your municipality, System Administrators must first define work order and RFA types in the system. For instructions on how to add or define RFAs in the system, go to Add or Edit an RFA Type.
